Central location, spacious room, helpful staff, a good stay in the city.

The room is spacious with a view of the budapest eye.

We asked for double room and it was a nice size and newly remodelled with a view to the main avenue. The room had Netflix and a coffee maker plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Everyone from the staff was outstandingly helpful.

Limited storage space in rooms!!! Difficult entrance location!!! Inadequate housekeeping services left rooms feeling unkempt!!! Shower facilities inconsistent with leaking water!!! Weak WiFi connection made streaming impossible!!!

Had an amazing time here! The location was dead handy for exploring and the staff was super friendly, even sorting me a welcome drink on arrival. Just wish there were a few more breakfast options on-site, but the nearby café was a boss alternative. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy room, good amenities, with a comfortable tv for evening entertainment and a cute coffee shop to energize your mornings, conveniently located just 1.5 km from the main train station for easy exploration.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend break in Budapest, great for the money. The room's cozy decor made me feel welcomed after long days. Bring your own snacks as kitchen supplies weren't fully stocked.

We had a lovely stay with thoughtful touches like birthday decorations in our room and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! The hotel offered some great relaxation options, including a cozy spa and a peaceful lounge area. The entrance was a bit tricky to find, but don’t let that stop you—use the side street for easy access! 😄

great stay with a few minor issues

We loved the beautiful decor and the very central location. The staff provided really good service and accommodated us with a generous room upgrade. The Smart TV with Netflix made our evenings enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco on New Year's Eve. The view from our room of the nearby landmarks added to our overall experience.

The drink selection at the bar seemed limited for a hotel of this caliber.
